This blog is about getting free stuff. You must be thinking? Free? There must be a catch.

Well there is a catch. The freebies are given out as a promotion for the product/ company. They save your information and send you emails regarding their new products or promotions. However, a lot of them allow you to opt out of getting this information. In other cases, the freebies, involve a small fee.

Free Samples that require your feeback
Free stuff but pay the postage
Free Trials

So, is it worth getting the free samples? Depends upon the type of freebie. The first and second category are definitely worth going for.

Are the freebies for which you will have to pay a small amount / postage worth the fee? Again it depends whether you need that type of item, and it can be a good way of finding out if you like a product without having to spend a lot on them.

Free Trials are services that you can use but require your credit card details. If you cancel the service within the trial period, you are not charged anything. But if you continue to use the service, an amount is deducted on a monthly basis (depending upon the service).

So, to conclude, its definitely worth getting freebies. However, before you sign up for it, make sure you go through the terms and make sure that the company is sound.
